I’m Anna-Lisa Erdmann, and I’ve spent my life learning that a successful business should never cost you your life.

From Precision to Purpose

I was born and raised in Germany, a culture that values structure and excellence. Growing up in a family of two business owners, I learned early on that business was the centerpiece of life. I saw the dedication it took, but I also saw the cost. I remember birthdays where work came first and family came second. I accepted that as the “standard” price of success.

My journey took me from the classroom in California to the halls of Germany’s largest IT publishing house, where I gained deep insights into the mechanics of paper, digital, and international business. Eventually, a job offer brought me to The Netherlands, where I facilitaded the international marketing for German & English-speaking markets before transitioning to the agency world as a Success Management Team Lead.

The Structural Collapse (The “Why”)

The turning point in my life wasn’t a business deal—it was a loss. After my father passed away, the “business comes first” mantra I grew up with was put to the ultimate test. As I navigated that grief, I started asking the hard questions that most leaders avoid:

What needs to change so that work supports our life, rather than consuming it?
How can we change the architecture of success?
How can we build empires that don’t require us to miss the moments that matter?

Over nine years in international marketing, having spoken to thousands of CEOs and entrepreneurs, I saw the same pattern: brilliant leaders who were being consumed by the very things they built. I combined my German roots in systematic efficiency, my high-level marketing expertise, and my deep understanding of emotional resilience to create The Tower Method™. I built this for the leader who wants it all: a thriving, automated business infrastructure AND the freedom to be present for birthdays, hobbies, and friends.
